Recycling options are provided to county residents and are a vital step in preventing stormwater pollution.There are sevral sites in Lawrence County where you can take your plastic, newspaper, magazine, and aluminum recycleables. Permanent Sites
Currently, there are two permanent sites in the county:

Chesapeake Municipal Court in Chesapeake, Ohio, open seven days a week, 24 hours a day.

Ohio University Southern, 9th Street entrance
